Our Story & Track Record

The honest state of our Sync 4 upgrade · Last updated: June 2026

When our Sync 4 upgrades launched in 2025, the whole category had unsolved problems, and some early programming behaved differently across Sync 4 versions. We’re not going to pretend that didn’t happen.

What’s different now: we’re the team that went and fixed it. We spent 2025 testing real trucks across the country — Los Angeles to Houston to Florida — until the common Sync 4 issues were solved. Most competitors never put in that work; they label a feature “not supported” and move on. We’d rather solve it.

What’s in your kit

  • A brand-new OEM 12″ touchscreen.
  • A professionally remanufactured OEM APIM module — reconditioned, updated to current software, and fully bench-tested before it ships.

New APIM modules aren’t available through normal supply channels, so remanufactured OEM modules are the industry standard for every Sync 4 upgrade on the market — not just ours. Every module is backed by our 1-year warranty. We don’t call a remanufactured module “new” — you should know exactly what’s in your kit.

Why we build a 12″ screen

We’ve tested larger 13.2″ panels in Maverick truck: they sit proud of the dash and “float,” which looks aftermarket. Our 12″ design mounts flush, so the upgrade looks like Ford built it.
