Some customers ask why our Common Issues fix kit isn’t free. Fair question — here’s the honest math.

We list it at $1 because our store platform won’t allow a $0 listing. Shipping is charged at cost. We don’t make money on fix kits — most ship at a loss.

We could do what others do: mark an issue “not supported” and walk away. Instead, we keep testing real trucks until we have a real fix, and we get it to you at or below our own cost.

So the $1 isn’t a price. It’s simply the floor our store will allow.
