Q1. “Will Camera Zoom / Camera View / 360 cameras still work?”

A1: YES — fully supported on all compatible vehicles.

Early units required additional calibration, but since late 2025 we updated the firmware & as-built profiles.

Current kits support:

Q2. “Will Climate Control work on the new SYNC4 screen?”

A2: YES — climate control works 100%.

Earlier climate icons not appearing (reported by Maverick owners and a few F-150 owners) were due to old software version & mismatched APIM configurations.

Now resolved through:

• Updated as-built templates

• New Sync4 firmware

Q3. “Will my Radio Presets & SiriusXM work?”

A3: Radio Preset yes,SXM still testing for 2015-2018 F-150.

You may heard about ACM has two types with different chipset(2015-2018 F-150 & 2019- 2020 F-150) which the older one the radio preset not support by Sync4 but now we have it fixed,means you don't have to buy new type ACM for swap but using your old stock one to save $200-$500.Since SXM use different chipset,we are still testing it in 2015-2018 F-150 old type,we will update once we have result.

Q4. “Does FordPass still work? And do I need to take apart my dash and reinstall my old SYNC3 unit after every factory reset like other competitors require?”

A4: 

Yes — FordPass works normally with our SYNC4 upgrade.

And no, you do NOT need to remove your dash or reinstall your old SYNC3 unit after every factory reset.
You only need to activate FordPass once using your factory SYNC3 system during installation.

After this one-time activation, FordPass will remain active even if you perform a factory reset on the SYNC4 unit. No repeated disassembly, no hassle — unlike some competing solutions.

Q5. “Does the Raptor Drive Mode work after upgrade?”

A5: YES — supported.

We added a drive-mode compatibility patch for:

Q6. “Will my dash bezel fit properly?”
